Mr Corcoran claims that he was dismissed from participating in the liturgy because of discrimination on the grounds that he was a member of a designated protected group: gays.
Does a Muslim have the right to participate in the Catholic liturgy? If the Muslim is denied because he is a Muslim, is that regarded as discrimination on the grounds that he was a member of a designated protected group: Muslims?
