Snow Banks violate the 8-inch restriction
BREAKING NEWS: COBOURG. The snow bank outside the residence of Cobourg Town Councillor, Miriam Mutton's residence, have been found to exceed the 8-inch height restriction. The snow bank has been marked for meltdown to the 8-inch level. Activists in Cobourg have been persistent in their call; RESIST THE MELTDOWN; BANK YOUR SNOW.
