Cobourg's Beautification Squad Hits Ms Mutton's boulevard garden

It happened early this morning (circa 9am) while Ms Mutton was walking her dog.

Now the boulevard outside her home looks as ordinary, plain, and boring as the rest of the street. The milkweed plants that have been destroyed were bearing Monarch eggs under the leaves.

These two jagged wooden stems were left as is. This is a safety hazard for someone to trip over, or trip onto, with a painful and/or injurious result.
