Cobourg resident Rob Franklin portrayed James Cockburn in a play written by local historian and journalist, Rob Washburn with Rob Franklin. A brief video of James Cockburn was produced by the Cobourg Museum Foundation. The local community maintains a hardscrabble site about James Cockburn.

Gee it's so nice that the Museum Foundation asked the Cobourg & District Historical Society if they had permission to use images of the museum room in Victoria Hall which is own and maintained by the CDHS. And it's also nice that they gave the CDHS credit for using those images.

/sarcasm.

Do any of those images appear in the FREE SPEECH poster? I did re-title the book on the lecturn: Poem and Native Land.

Nope. . . the images I mean are the ones of his "office" inside Victoria Hall. They must have got someone who works in Vic Hall to unlock the room for them to take their unsolicited photos.
